The bottom line is that the bank is divided into 2 parts. One part is usually taken by the hand with the highest combination, and the second part is taken by the hand with the weakest combination of cards.

Omaha Hi-Lo rules, combinations (high)

Types of combinations:

3. Two pairs - a combination is assigned to a participant in the game if he has two combinations of cards of the same rank. The remaining card is called the "kicker". It determines the winner if the pairs of opponents are equal.
4. Three of a kind - the player has collected three cards of the same rank. Sometimes also called a "set". If two or more players have combined the same three of a kind, the one who has the highest value card in his hand will win.
5. Street - when a player has five cards in his hand with a successively increasing level of dignity. In a situation where several players have a straight in their hand, the winner is the one who has the first card of the highest seniority. Ace can be used as a card higher than the king, and lower than the deuce.
6. Flush - is considered to be a combination if the player has combined 5 cards of the same suit. If several participants in the game succeed in doing this, the one who has the highest card of the highest value will win.
7. Full house - will be assigned in that situation, if the participant of the game managed to collect one pair and three of a kind. If several players have a Full House, the one who has the highest card in the top three wins. If they are equal in a three of a kind, the highest card is in a pair.
8. Kare - when a player collects all cards of the same rank, that is, four. If several players have collected this combination, the one who has the highest kicker will win.
9. Straight - flush is considered the highest combination. Assigned when a participant in the gamecombined 5 cards of the same suit, which are in ascending order of value.
