The probability of collecting a royal flush in poker is extremely small, which is why it is so valuable for the player.

The basis of the basics in this card game is combinations, without knowing which it is simply impossible to win. But losing big money is easy! Royal flush is one of the combinations. The goal of poker is to collect a stronger combination of cards than your opponents. Most people know that a royal flush is a very, very strong combination, because it is often depicted in all sorts of pictures. But many have not even heard of other combinations. If you decide to take the game of poker seriously and succeed in it, that is, make money from it, then you must first study it thoroughly.

You already understood that royal flush is the strongestcombination, that is, a tenth of the necessary knowledge you have already learned. Most likely, you also know how to arrange cards by seniority. Just in case, we recall: a deuce is the weakest card, and an ace is the strongest.

1. Ten, jack, queen, king and ace of one of the four suits. The probability of collecting a royal flush leaves 0.0002%, which is very small. It is interesting that the situation when two players sitting at the same table have collected such combinations, but of different suits, is impossible in principle.
2. Straight flush (five cards that belong to the same suit) falls much more often. Its probability is 0.0015%. If such a combination was collected by two players, then the winner is the one who closes it with a stronger card. Therefore, sometimes they say that a royal flush is one of the varieties of a straight flush.
3. Kare (four cards of the same suit) drops out with a probability of 0.024%. The highest four of a kind is a combination of four aces, and the lowest four of a kind is four deuces. It is quite clear that if the players have two four of a kind of different ranks, the one with the stronger cards will win. If four of a kind is on the table, then the winner is determined by the kicker.



4. Full house (three plus two identical cards) the player will collect with a probability of 0, 14%. When two such combinations fall out, the win is determined first by three cards, and then by the value of the remaining two identical ones.
5. Flush (five cards of the same suit) can be collected by several players at the same time. The winner is determined by the value of the flash card. If they are onerank, then the cash prize is divided between the players.
6. Straight (five consecutive cards of different suits) falls out in 39 cases out of 10,000, that is, much more often than the above combinations of cards. As in the previous case, the winner is determined by the seniority of the street. If they have the same rank, then the money is divided between the players. It should be noted that an ace can be either the lowest card or the highest card.
