Tools and materials commonly used in the job

Tools for work, as a rule, standard. Only the decor of the bouquet can be original, but the flowers are made from the same materials.

So what do you need to cook before making a candy flower?

  • First of all, you can't do without sweets. Choose according to your taste, but it is better if they are hard, such as grilled. With liquor or soft fillings, sweets can be deformed from the heat of your hands. To avoid this, place the sweet "spare parts" of the bouquet in the refrigerator before work.
  • The next important part will be corrugated paper. You can find a huge variety of it in stores, but we recommend giving preference to Italian: it is very dense, thick and stretches perfectly, keeps its shape perfectly and does not fade in the sun. Do not take soft and thin for children's creativity. She does not have the necessary qualities.
  • Wire or wooden sticks (depending on what stems you want to get as a result). For the manufacture of ampelous bouquets, of course, take the wire.
  • Glue gun (you can use any glue that sticks together paper surfaces).
  • The presence of adhesive tape and floral tape in the set is welcome, but you can do without them
  • Threads (for fixing the petals).
  • Capacity for a bouquet. It can be a vase, basket, box, etc.
  • Colored paper.
  • Polyfoam, expanded polystyrene, sponge "Oasis" (for filling the pots in which the composition will be assembled).
  • Scissors.

This will be our set for creativity. You can add something yourself, such as decorative elements, ribbons, etc.

Carnation

To make a DIY candy flower, prepare:

  • corrugated paper red or lilac;
  • ribbons of different widths (for decoration);
  • wire;
  • florist ribbon;
  • decorative mesh;
  • branches for decor;
  • wide bow.

From the wire, cut into pieces equal to the required length of the stems.

We take the corrugation and cut out several rectangular parts from it with dimensions of 6 by 14 cm.

Next, all the sweets need to be wrapped in these rectangles, insert a piece of wire into the bottom of the workpiece and pull it off with teip tape.

We tie the bud itself with a narrow ribbon. We stretch the edges of the paper, forming a carnation inflorescence. So let's make some more flowers.

It remains to assemble everything into a composition by adding branches, beads and ribbons. Wrap the finished bouquet with wrapping cloth and tie a big bow.

Lush and bright candy and paper flowers

In the work we need:

  • corrugated paper in two close floral shades;
  • green corrugation;
  • a few sweets;
  • a little transparent film;
  • threads;
  • piece of wire;
  • a few skewers.

First cut out the details of the petals. To do this, cut out rectangular blanks from the corrugations of both colors. Decide on the quantity yourself: the more petals, the more voluminous the flower will turn out.

Let's fold the paper like an accordion and cut it in a semicircle from one edge to make it wavy. Straighten and slightly lengthen the cuts. We stretch the middle, and slightly twist the edges with a pencil or skewer. In this way, we will process each petal.

Then take a transparent film cut into squares so that you can wrap the candy in it. We wrap each and fix it with a thread at the base. We carefully tie the petals to these centers, overlapping them and gradually collecting the flower: first, lighter paper will go, then darker.

It remains to attach the stem from a skewer or wire, wrap it with a narrow strip of green paper or floral tape. One flower is ready - let's make a few more and create a beautiful bouquet!

As it turned out, it's very easy to make flowers out of sweets. A photo of the process will help you better understand the technology. The principle of operation is the same for all varietiesflowers, the differences are only in the shape and shade of the petals.

How to make a bouquet of flowers from sweets with your own hands

To complete the arrangement, some flowers will not be enough. Made inflorescences must be made into a bouquet and fixed in a container that plays the role of a vase. For these purposes, you can use everything that is at hand: cardboard boxes, small pots, vases, etc.

You will also need a filler to fix the stems. Styrofoam, plasticine, foam rubber, spray foam, even cement or asbestos will do.

So, you know how to make a flower out of sweets. Prepare the required amount, and then start preparing the dishes. To do this, cut out the desired shape from foam or foam rubber and put it in a container, filling the entire surface. If you decide to use mounting foam, then simply squeeze a small amount into the prepared form. Remember that in this case you will no longer be able to disassemble the bouquet and use the dishes for other purposes. When working with asbestos, the bouquet is also not subject to disassembly.

A miniature bouquet with a center of lollipops

How to make a flower out of candy on a stick? To create a cute little bouquet you will need:

  • 9-15 lollipops;
  • crepe paper (pink, lilac and purple);
  • roll of narrow tape;

Pink paper is cut into rectangles 4 by 8 cm.

Lilac and purple squares with sides of 6 cm, fold as when cutting out snowflakes, cut off the edge to make a wavy line. Make a small hole in the middle. Expand each blank, fold them into two of different colors. Insert a stick of candy into the holes and tighten with narrow tape.

Here the flowers are ready, and the bouquet can be collected in a glass or a cup.

Roses in a basket

To make such a bouquet, take:

  • corrugated paper (green and pink);
  • hard-filled sweets;
  • foil;
  • lurex or regular threads;
  • glue gun;
  • flower tape;
  • wire for floristry;
  • beads, twigs.

We will pack all the sweets one by one in foil and tie with a thread. First, we cut out rectangular parts from pink paper, and then we form rounded ones from them. The petals should be slightly stretched in the middle, giving them a realistic look. We put all the petals around the candy in a circle, and then we tie it up.

Cut out a sepal from green paper and wrap the flower around it. Trim the edges to remove excess. Insert skewers or wire here and fix with hot glue. We will wrap the entire leg with tape. We straighten the inflorescence - that's it, the flower is ready!

We will also make some more roses. Now you can start shaping the bouquet.

For "pots" take a box: the simpler the packaging, the better and more original the bouquet will look. After filling it with filler, insert flowers, decorative twigs and decorations. Everything, you can give!

Create a beautiful delicate bouquet anyone can do: just be patient, turn on your imagination at full power and be sure to add love!
