Now we will figure out how to sew a costume for Mini Mouse, the world famous anthropomorphic mouse created by W alt Disney back in 1928.

Making ears

So, a Mini Mouse costume is unthinkable without neat black ears. How to make them? We take paper, draw two circles of the desired size on it (they will be slightly cut at the base), cut it out, apply it to black fabric and cut out four circles. Then we make exactly the same (slightly smaller) parts from cardboard or foam rubber. We insert the "stuffing" and the fabric and sew, in fact, the ears (below, at the base, leave a small piece unsewn). Everything is very simple here, it is enough to do everything carefully and accurately so that no threads are visible, no foam rubber comes out. Now we take a hoop, outline where the ears will be attached, and in those places we put two small washing gums on the glue. When the glue dries, take the ear, put the open area on the eraser, sew the two sides under the hoop. We do the same with the second ear. We cut off the excess pieces of fabric, we drape the entire hoop in black. You can decorate the ears with sequins, sparkles, stars, anything, and the rim with bright circles. In the middle or at each ear, he puts a small elegant bow of red fabric with white polka dots. Hooray, the ears are done.

Do-it-yourself Mini Mouse costume for a child is much easier to make than for an adult. Here you only need black tights, red shoes or Czechs, a red dress with white polka dots. If this is not available, a white or red T-shirt (short-sleeved blouse), a black vest with large buttons (optional) and a red skirt will do.
