Now we need a strong rope about 30 centimeters long. It will need to be passed between the fingers and the coils. It is better to do this maneuver as carefully as possible so that the threads of the future pompom do not bloom. Having threaded the rope, we tie the turns of yarn into a tight knot, and on the opposite side, on the contrary, we cut it. We have our first pom-pom. In order for the snowman made of threads to be neat as a result, it is necessary to cut off all uneven threads with scissors. The rest of the parts are made in the same simple way. To make the pom-poms larger, use three or four fingers instead of two.
After all the details of the snowman are made, they will need to be fastened together. Tie the pompoms with the ends of the ropes that tied the turns of threads and, for reliability, glue them with a gun. Trim any protruding threads.
Now let's put aside our craft and take care of the stand. It is made from durable thick cardboard. Cut out a circle with a diameter of 15 centimeters and paste on top of the blue satin. Now we attach the bottom pom-pom to the base with glue. Press as hard as possible. This thread snowman is ready.
You can go tocraft decoration. This will require imagination and creativity. From large beads we make a nose and eyes. You can knit a fun hat with a small pom-pom from colored yarn. Our thread snowman must have handles. They are made, as a rule, from thin branches of elm, but if desired, they can be replaced with colored wire. We tie a narrow ribbon around the neck, which will be a scarf. Glue three small buttons or beads in a row on the bottom pompom. The design is completely dependent on the wishes and capabilities of the master.
