Cut off the top of the bottle for easy handling. Remove the cap and accompanying ring. Then carefully cut off the neck and 3-4 cm down. Burn the edges with a candle or lighter, but don't overdo it.
Use hot glue to draw some ornate loop patterns on the bottle. Treat the cut with acetone. After drying, cover the neck of the bottle with a dense layer of paint.
Make the neck of the bottle with tape by wrapping it around and tying a small bow. Further, the product is decorated according to your desire with the help of sequins, beads, various rubs.
