But mostly fictional creatures with the catchy white skin, lack of reflection in the mirror and prominent fangs that vampires got in the movies.

It was they who interested us, since the opportunity to make vampire teeth fora few minutes using ordinary office paper really seems tempting.

  • Take a small piece of paper that looks like a rectangle. Its width at the moment will be the distance between the two fangs. Fold the workpiece in half lengthwise to form a fold and smooth the surface back.
  • At one of the ends, fold the corners twice, and then move the common bent piece to the center. This is how we formed the top of our craft.
  • Now turn the paper over, lowering the bottom clean edge towards us.
  • Bottom we also bend the corners, but once, forming the teeth of a vampire. The remaining gap between them, which turned into a corner, is also bent up.
  • We flatten the pre-formed teeth with our fingers, highlighting them forward with a sharp edge from compression.
  • It's time to use the center fold, with which we squeeze a little and fold the origami, pinching the sides with your fingers. With each deeper pressure, the illusion that the jaw is moving will appear.

Additional attributes

Of course, in this form, vampire teeth do not look very realistic and only resemble some kind of them. But do not be upset, as everything is easy to fix with ordinary pencils, watercolors or gouache.

You just need to take dark paint and completelypaint over the inner space of origami for her. Thus, it will gain color depth, which means it will become more realistic. In addition, if desired, you can additionally draw a tongue, and paint it with bright red paint, glue it inside the structure.

For extra whiteness, you can add a couple of highlights to the fangs, draw shadows. The outer part of the toy can also be painted over with dark paint if desired, or initially take paper with one black and the other light side.

Result

So, in almost five minutes, we created vampire teeth with our own hands. It is possible, of course, that this thing will seem like a waste of time and paper to someone, but for Halloween it is a valuable item.

The movable design makes the vampire's teeth move, become real, as if they are about to get and bite you.
