So, after the work is finished, the frame is not removed, and the finished picture is immediately placed on the wall thanks to the loop built into the outer circle of the hoop.

Square frames

Frame embroidery hoop is most often a wooden rectangular frame. Their other name is tapestry. The sizes are very different: 30x30 cm, 30x45 cm, 30x60 cm. The fabric is attached to the instrument from two sides, usually from above and below in different ways - it is sewn on, fixed with special clips, pins or a furniture stapler. Experienced craftsmen advise you to pay attention to these hoops forembroidery for those who plan to embroider a large picture. Reinstalled on a round hoop many times, the fabric warps and stretches, damaging the canvas, and the end result can be very frustrating. Frame hoops weigh much more than round hoops. Another advantage of tapestry frames is that the fabric practically does not get dirty with them.

Stationary embroidery hoops are used by professional needlewomen. They can be placed on a table or put in front of you, and sit on a sofa or in an armchair. The biggest plus of a stationary hoop is a free second hand, which does not need to hold the tool. Embroidering with two hands, holding one above the cloth, and the other taking the needle from below, is much more convenient and productive.
