A bouquet of these spring flowers will be a great decoration for your kitchen, bathroom, as well as a wonderful gift for the holidays. It is not at all difficult to make such a charming craft. The main thing is to be patient and master the technique of parallel weaving.
Material for work
Beaded tulips for beginners are made from small beads. You will need green and purple beads. You can make any flowercolors. For example, pink, yellow or white. It is clear that beads of the corresponding color will also be needed. For stringing you will need a wire and a needle and thread. You also need green thread for the stem and a frame (hard wire) for the stem. To make tulips in a pot, also prepare plasticine, drainage, gypsum, PVA glue and green woolen threads. A bouquet of tulips can be "planted" in a pot or a regular basket. Ornamental grass and butterflies can be used as decorations.
Model Appearance
Beaded tulip will consist of six petals: three inner and three outer. Inside there will be a pistil with stamens. The stem of the flower will be decorated with two leaves. You can make one flower. This model will look great in a small glass vase. If you plan to make a tulip as a gift, then you can "plant" it in a decorative pot. The bottom of such a pot is covered with stones with glue or sprinkled with beads. The most patient craftswomen can make an original bouquet of tulips from beads. Such a work will become a real masterpiece of design art and will perfectly fit into the interior of a bathroom or kitchen.
Making a petal
To understand how to weave tulips from beads, you do not need to have special skills. The main thing is to follow the proposed instructions and compare the result of your work with the photographs and drawings proposed in this article. Each petal is made up of twohalves. For the first rug you will need a wire 40 centimeters long. First we string two rows of purple beads, 5 pieces in each. We twist the wire at the bottom, and then we string 6 beads on a new row on each side. We connect the last bead of each row with the last bead of the previous row. And then we begin to weave in the next row in the opposite direction on each side. In this case, in the third row you get one more bead more, that is, 7 pieces. Thus, we make 6 rows on the right and on the left side. The last row, consisting of 10 beads, should return to the base of the half-petal. Let's continue weaving a tulip from beads and start making its second half. We also take a wire 40 centimeters long and perform the same weaving pattern. Only now we pass the wire through the extreme beads of the corresponding rows of the first half. At the end, we pass the end of the wire through the beads of the outer rows of the second half and carefully tighten it, passing it through the last bead twice. So, we got one petal. They need 6 in total: three external and three internal.
Making a pestle
We continue to make a beaded tulip. Now let's make the pestles. To do this, we string 5 beads of white or yellow color on a wire 20 centimeters long, we bring the wire through the last bead twice, and then we also string two more times five beads each. This will be the stigma of our pistil. We take another wire - 30 centimeters long. By parallel weaving, we perform the workpiece inthree rows of 5 beads. We close the part into a tube, passing the wire from the last row to the first. Carefully tighten the wire. Now we take our stigma, stretch it inside this tube and twist all the ends of the wire together. Thus, we have a beautiful pestle.
Making stamens
To make a stamen, we need a wire of 20 centimeters. You can take green or black beads. To make each stamen, we string 9 beads. In total, you need to make 3 stamens. It remains to twist together the bases of the wire of the pistil and stamens. The pistil is placed in the center, and the stamens are staggered in relation to the stigmas of the pistil, around it.
Flower assembly
Now we need to assemble our original beaded tulip. First, around the pistil and stamens, carefully form a row of inner petals by twisting the wire together. Then we attach the outer petals around, placing them in a checkerboard pattern in relation to the first row. We continue to twist the wire, forming a dense stem. We firmly fix it at the base of our model.
Making leaves for the stem
For a tulip, you need to make two leaves. The weaving pattern will be the same as that of the bud petals. All you need is green beads. For a petal, you need to string two rows of 50 beads on the wire, bend the wire in the middle. Then, twisting the wire at the bottom, string one more bead, and then continue weaving the second row. Thus, six rows should be completed, finishing at the bottom where the wire needs to be twisted, fixing the petal.
Stem design
To make our tulip strong, the stem can be additionally twisted with frame wire. Next, we tightly wrap the stalk with threads of green floss, starting from the base of the bud. Then we fasten the leaves to the stem. We fix the base of the flower with wire, and then wrap it around with floss threads. Carefully straighten all the leaves, giving them a natural look. So, now you know how to make a beaded tulip. It turns out very gentle and romantic. Such a flower will be a wonderful decoration for your desktop or kitchen. If you have the patience, then make a bouquet of these charming spring flowers. From them you can make a wonderful basket as a gift for March 8 or any other holiday.
Decorate crafts
To make a gift, you will need a pot or basket, plasticine, drainage, gypsum, PVA glue and green woolen threads. First, take a little plasticine and put it on the bottom of the pot or basket. We put the flowers, fixing them with plasticine. We take the drainage and pour it into a pot so that the basket is not too heavy. Then we fill in the gypsum and leave the craft for a couple of hours to let the gypsum dry. Pour PVA glue on top and lay out woolen threads or decorative grass. We leave the craft for three hours. The composition can be decorated with an original butterfly, which is attached to a flower or a basket handle. Such a gift will bring a feeling of spring, warmth and createromantic mood. The tulip making technique can also be used to create other beaded crafts. For example, the basic scheme of a bud can become the basis for a beautiful brooch or hairpin. It will be pleasant to wear it yourself, and you can also give it to colleagues, girlfriends or relatives.
