Good crafts: do-it-yourself angels from improvised materials

Decorating an apartment should not only be for the arrival of guests or such major holidays as the New Year. Delicate angels, made with your own hands and placed inside your home, will instantly create a special mood before Christmas. You can also give crafts depicting the brightest creatures on Earth to give to relatives and friends.

Angels in the interior

It's very easy to decorate your home with flat figurines of celestial creatures. To do this, simply apply the desired outline to the paper and cut it out. Such crafts are a great idea for joint creativity with children. If desired, you can decorate the finished cutouts with sparkles or rhinestones, you can stick feathers on the wings. Such angels, made with their own hands, will look appropriate on walls and windows, or as pendants. If you want the figurines to be more durable, make them out of cardboard. Beautiful weightless angels are obtained from a translucent fabric. Take a small square of white or gold organza. Put a cotton ball in the center, and wrap it with material so that the corners of the fabric remain free. Secure with a thread, then form two arms and a longer piece of clothing from the remaining material. Secure also with a thread, simply by tying knots in the right place. The angel figurine is almost ready, it remains to think about decorating it. You can use all the same tricks as for paper figures. If the scale allows, decorate the body of the angel with lace or hand embroidery. But it is not necessary to work out the face, sometimes faceless creatures of light look much more interesting and mysterious than ordinary ones.
