To work, you will need long threads of 3 colors, in our case these are contrasting blue, yellow and cyan colors. Weave them on the finger in the middle. You will get a loop that you need to fix with tape on the table. Then we decompose the threads symmetrically by colors. We wrap the leftmost thread in the center of weaving, we do the same with the rightmost one. We connect them together, and continue with the yellow thread, then with the blue one. Weaving the bracelet to the desired length, tie the ends together, thread a large wooden bead, tie it in a knot again.
How to make a bauble from a thread of a complex pattern?
When the first bracelet is successfully woven, you can try to create a classic friendship bracelet. This is the same "Pigtail", but with different knots, of which there are 3 varieties. We will not wrap the threads towards the center, but tie them together.
We use 5 shades of floss as a material: white, pale pink, dark pink, red and burgundy. We turn the threads in half, glue the loop to the working surface. We lay out the threads symmetrically. When you reach the middle of the weave, tie the halves with a simple knot.
You can complete the bracelet by tying knots around the edges, and thread the remaining ends into a large bead.
