How to weave?

The elastic band of the chosen color is placed on the index and middle fingers, while it must be twisted so that it turns into a figure eight.

Then add a couple more elastic bands, also twisted. The middle and bottom elastic bands change places, but you do not need to remove them. The upper elastic band is thrown off into the central part of the future decoration.

Then another elastic band is put on, but it is not necessary to twist it, and then the lower elastic band is thrown off in the center. It is necessary to continue weaving until the decoration is the right size.
