Often tulle is sold in rolls, the width of which is three meters. How to make a tulle skirt for a girl with your own hands without sewing

There is a method to create a fluffy children's skirt without the use of threads, needles and a sewing machine. Here you only need tulle, a wide elastic band and a little time. It is quite difficult to calculate the material, since it all depends on how fluffy the skirt should be.

Typically, for children with a waist circumference of about 50 cm, use up to 2 m of material 3 m wide.
