5. Now we make puffy sleeves. Lay blue tulle over light lilac tulle, make a fluffy strip about 25 cm wide, sew it in the center. Then attach it to the middle of the bodice of the dress.
6. To keep the sleeves free of movement, try on the dresses again and lay the fabric so that it lies fluffy and comfortable. Then stitch it on the back, at a distance of about 5 cm from the fastener. Trim the remaining ends of the tulle, fold over and sew again.



7. Be sure not to forget the butterflies - little fashionistas like them very much. You can buy ready-made options in sewing stores, you can carefully cut them out of thick paper and decorate with sparkles.

Dress bottom

We make a puffy skirt, which will come in handy more than once for a little princess. Here the work also consists of two stages:

1. We make a petticoat from blue fabric. To do this, we cut out a rectangle with a length equal to measure No. 4 (the length of the skirt from the waist to the feet), and to determine the width, you need to multiply the waist circumference by 2. Do not forget the seam allowance. In addition, when determining the length, keep in mind that the edge of the skirt should completely hide under the bodice of the dress and not pop out when moving. Therefore, the waist should be slightly high.
2. Cut off a piece of a wide elastic band so that it sits freely on the belt with a slightstretching (so that the dress does not immediately become small and lasts longer).
3. We process the lower edge of the skirt, sew it in height. And on top we make a drawstring, wide enough to thread the elastic. Insert it and stitch the edges.
4. Now we make a tulle skirt. To do this, simply sew it to the elastic, while stretching it and picking up the tulle so that it does not tear in the sock.
